The Grand Floradian Hotel

The holidays season is approaching in here .. Decorations are being hanged all over the place .. Last weekend we went to Disney world in Orlando to attend several events which I will post about later .. This post is mainly about our stay at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa

We made the reservation two weeks ago by Disney website which was super easy... Really recommended to use

نهاية الاسبوع اللي طافت قررنا نروح دزني باورلادو لأن فيها اكثر من فعالية راح اكتب عنها خلال الأيام الياية

حجزنا بفندق جراند فلوراديان قبل الاجازة بأسبوعين عن طريق الموقع الرسمي لدزني ،عملية الحجز كانت وايد سهلة

The entrance to the hotels was all decorated for the holidays .. It felt as if we entered an old American movie

كل مداخل الفندق كانت مزينة عشان موسم الاعياد و ديكور الفندق كان مستوحى من البناء الفكتوري

Everything was super clean and shiny ... Even the floor

This is the initials of the hotel done by marble on the floor

اكثر شغلة لفتت نظري من دشينا النظافة ، مع ان اللوبي متروس يهال يحوسون بس ما شفنا و لا شي مقطوط على الارض و الرخام من كثر ما هو نظيف صاير منظرة

The hotel actually consists of several buildings .. The lobby is in the main one of course .. It was filled with people taking photos of all the decorations inside

الفندق عبارة عن اكثر من مبنى و اللوبي طبعا بالمبنى الرئيسي ، كان اللوبي متروس ناس تصور الزينة اللي راح استعرضها لكم

First the super LARGE Christmas tree .. chef z went upstairs to take a full photo of it

أول شي شجرة الكريسماس العملاقة .. صعدنا الدور الثاني عشان نصورها كاملة

SECOND the LIFE SIZE ginger bread HOUSE

ثانيا .. كوخ خبز الزنجبيل 

A huge house made all from edible gingerbread ...

عبارة عن كوخ مبني بالكامل من خبز الزنجبيل و حاطينلنا المقادير 

The ingredients are listed in case someone wants to duplicate it :P

On the other side of the gingerbread house people were selling ginger bread inside the house ... People were lining up to buy

في الطرف الثاني من الكوخ محل يبيعون فيه خبز الزنجبيل ، و الناس طابور عشان تشتري 

THIRD ... The super huge cage which we do not know the purpose of its existence
update: the cage used to contain a pair of scarlet macaw parrots ... they never replaced them (p.s thnx auntie N for the info)

و اخيرا و ليس اخرا قفص كبير فاضي ماندري ليش موجود اساسا
تعديل : القفص كان يحتوي على زوجين من الببغاء و لم يتم استبدالهم

When we went to the front desk to check in they gave us a folder that contains all the information we need about either the hotel or all the parks

عقب ما خلصنا تصوير رحنا عشان نكمل اجراءاتنا و ناخذ مفاتيح الغرف ، عطونا ملف فيه كل المعلومات اللي نحتاجها عن الفندق و حدائق دزني

While chef z was talking the concierge I noticed the toddlers furniture in the lobby it was super  cute

و خلال ما شيف ز قاعد يتناقش مع الموظف لأن غرفتنا ما كانت خالصة لفت نظري أثاث مصمم حق الاطفال ، ما خلوا شي اهل فيلجا

Our room was not ready .. They told use that once they finish preparing it they will text us .. So we took a walk outside to discover the area .. chef z had the time of his life taking photos of the amazing view

للأسف غرفتنا ما كانت خالصة .. الفندق موفر خدمة المسجات بمجرد ان غرفتنا تجهز يوصلنا مسج و المفاتيح اللي معانا راح تشتغل على باب الغرفة ، قلنا عاد نستغل الوقت و نتمشى برة الفندق في الحديقة ، شيف ز حب الموضوع و صورلنا جم صورة حلوة

There was nothing in the second floor of the hotel except for some shops and the monorail train that connects all the hotels with the Disney parks ... We took a ride in it

من اهم الخدمات المتوفرة في فندق جراند فلوريديان خدمة التنقل عن طريق المترو المعلق ، المترو يربط بين فنادق النخبة في دزني و المدن الترفيهية ، استمتعنا بالمنظر و احنا راكبينه

We got our text massage and went to see our room the major thing that attracted my attention was how they paid great attention to details ... Everything had a mickey mouse .. The wall paper .. Lamps ... Even table legs .. he photos below shows the room

بعد فترة وصلنا مسج بان الغرفة جاهزة ، اكثر شغلة لفتت نظري هي انهم وايد مهتمين بالتفاصيل >شخية ميكي ماوس موجودة بكل مكان من ورق الجدران لي ريل الطاولة

The view outside the room balcony was outstanding 

و المنظر من البلكونة خيالي الجسر البعيد هذا مال المترو

The  following day we had an in room breakfast which was tasty .... Mickey waffles and omelet with salsa

اليوم اللي بعده طلبنا الافطار من خدمة الغرف و كان عبارة عن اومليت بالصلصة و وافل ميكي ماوس ، حسب تقدير شيف ز الاكل كان جيد بس مو ممتاز

 over all the hotel was great .. really recommended .. sorry for the disorganization of the photos I'm having a really hard time organizing them 

بشكل عام التجربة كانت مميزة و الفندق يستاهل العنوة
