ATTENTION all ladies ..... We all have this huge problem in summer
which is how can we keep fit in this time of the year ... For some
people it is really hard to get out of their houses and hit the gym ..
So one girl thought of a great idea ''why don't I deliver the gym to the
ladies" ... From here (home fit) was established .. A new small
business to deliver a sports trainer to the client's house ... You will
be getting a professional sports session using light equipment (jumping
rope - kettle bells .. ect) .. All the trainers are females
professionally trained and certified from UK ... Wishing them great luck
