Some Tips & A Recipe

Hey Friends what a year ! 2012 has passed and now we are living the start of 2013

well ... I don't have a lot to say BUT here is some tips for you when you are cooking

TIPS:

1- GET A SHARP KNIFE
2- gather all ingredients or maybe extra for later
3- get the good fresh items from your trusted super markets
4- don't think but about what is going to happen ACT ...
5- if you like to cook slow .. ENJOY IT

Finally the sky is the limit that's what chef's call some BASIC!!! things

alright now.. for Cooking some awesome food 

let's Do this 8oz Fillet (meat) about 225 Grams

well this is a delicate piece of meat so don't and I mean DON'T cook it well done  it will loose the texture

here is what you need 
 1- The steak
2- Salt & Pepper
3- Butter or other oils you like
4- Garlic ( two cloves ) chopped fine
5- Lemon ( 2tsp )
6- 1 cup of cream ( NOT KDD )
7- Mushrooms ( 1 pack )
8- Canned or frozen green beans,  peas can also be used
9- Potatoes ( 2 pieces )

the method is called Low/ high heat 

-Pre heat the oven on 225c and keep it
-Then peel the potato like this pic
-Let them boil on high heat for 15 min or when the skin comes off and it becomes flaky
-Drain it then put it back in the pot and mash it for 5 times add half a cup of cream and add S&P to taste with or without butter

Set it a side


And now for the MEAT

-Add your fat butter or oil
-Sear for 1 min on each side then cover and put in the oven to finish cooking till your desired done level

And now for the part that you have fun in

THE SAUCE 

-slice the mushrooms
-dice the garlic
-get the beans or peas  

Method
on medium pan

-Add the oil or butter then add the mushroom ( Don't Freak out if the water comes .. !! ) let it sit and it will be dry
-Then add the garlic and sutee it till the aroma comes out then add 1 tbs of lemon and the cream on low heat let it sit till it get thick ... set it a side
-Mash beans or peas :
     -A 1/4 cup of the green beans ( peas ) boils for 5 min with salt
     -Drain it then put it into the blender and blend it till it gets mushed
     -While it's getting blent add the last tbs of lemon .. and add S&P to taste

Regarding plate presentation IT'S YOU WHO WILL DECIDE HOW IT LOOKS
