WE need HELP !!!

As u guys know we have been in the states for around 5 months ... When we came back to Kuwait we have noticed that there weren't a lot of activities to share as a couple ... It was either the movies or dinning out ... A shout out to all couples out there ... Share with us your experience .. Give us advice..
